Delete your ActIt account

This page explains how to delete your account and data for the ActIt app, developed by Athletic Intelligence S.A. (Α.Ε.).

Delete in the app

1. Open the ActIt app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
3. Confirm the deletion.

Delete without the app

If you no longer have the app, email support@actit.io from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my ActIt account”. We will delete your account and data within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile.
• Your workouts and synced health data.
• Your training plans.
• Your chat messages.
• Your coach connections.
• Your wearable connections in ActIt (Strava and Apple Health). Data held by Strava or Apple stays with them, under their own terms.

What we may keep

• Minimal records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices for paid subscriptions.
• Diagnostic and server logs, which contain no workout content and are kept for up to 90 days and then deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy.
