Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use ActIt: the ActIt athlete app, the coach dashboard at coach.actit.io and this website (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by Athletic Intelligence S.A. (Α.Ε.) (“Athletic Intelligence”, “we”, “us”), Daskaroli 67, Glyfada 166 75, Greece, registered in the Greek General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.) under no. 193596607000, VAT no. 803275629. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
1. The Service
ActIt connects coaches and athletes. Coaches create weekly training plans and review their athletes’ training; athletes follow those plans, sync workouts from supported sources (such as Strava and Apple Health) and message their coach. Some features use AI to help draft plans and summaries. We may change, add or remove features over time.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us at once if you think your account has been misused.
- The information you give us must be accurate, and you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Athletes join through an invitation from a coach or organization, and that coach can see the information described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Coaches and organizations
If you use ActIt as a coach, you are responsible for the plans and advice you give your athletes, for having any qualifications your activity requires, and for using athletes’ data only to coach them. You must not export or reuse athlete data for any other purpose.
4. Subscriptions and payment
ActIt is free for athletes. Coaches and organizations use the coach features on a paid subscription.
- Price. We show the price and billing period (for example, monthly or yearly) before you subscribe. Prices include VAT where it applies.
- Payment. We charge in advance for each billing period, through our payment provider.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then.
- Refunds. We do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
- Price changes. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your subscription. You can cancel before it takes effect.
- Non-payment. If a payment fails and is not resolved, we may limit coach features until it is. Your athletes’ own data stays available to them.
5. Health and safety
ActIt is a training tool, not a medical service, and nothing in it is medical advice. Training carries a risk of injury. Check with a doctor before starting or changing a training program, especially if you have a medical condition, and stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Metrics such as heart rate, pace, strain and estimated zones come from your devices and our calculations, and they may be inaccurate.
6. AI-generated content
AI-drafted plans and summaries can contain mistakes. A coach reviews and can edit every AI-drafted plan, and you should use your own judgment when you follow one. You are responsible for deciding whether a session is appropriate for you on the day.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the data and content you add to ActIt, including workouts, messages, plans and notes. You give us a limited licence to host, process and display that content only to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party services
When you connect Strava, Apple Health or another source, your use of that service is governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability or the data they provide.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone else’s rights, while using the Service;
- access accounts or data you are not authorized to access;
- interfere with, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or probe its security without our permission;
- send harassing, abusive or unlawful content through messaging;
- use automated means to scrape or bulk-collect data from the Service.
10. Availability
We work to keep ActIt available and your data safe, but the Service is provided “as is” and may sometimes be interrupted, for example for maintenance or because a third-party provider is unavailable.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using ActIt at any time and ask us to delete your account (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users or the Service at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from training decisions, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the last 12 months and €100. If you use ActIt as a consumer, you keep all the rights that consumer law gives you.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will also tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Athens, Greece have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live, and you keep the protection of that country’s mandatory laws.
