ActIt Coach sign in

Changelog

Updates to the coach dashboard at coach.actit.io.

AI plans respect your athletes' choices

New

  • Report an AI-drafted plan if something in it looks wrong, so we can review it.

Improved

  • AI plan drafting now shows a clear message when an athlete hasn't turned on AI features in the ActIt app.

Mobile sign-in fix

Fixed

  • Signing in to the ActIt app could leave you on a black screen with no way forward. Sign-in now completes normally; if you were stuck, close and reopen the app.

Longer athlete history and legal links

New

  • An athlete's History tab now loads older workouts as you scroll, with a Load more button, instead of stopping at a fixed number.
  • Terms of Service and Privacy Policy links, pointing to actit.io, are now in the dashboard.

Improved

  • Filtering My Athletes by status is faster on large rosters.
  • Organization admins can now see the profiles of every athlete on the roster.

Invitations point to coach.actit.io

Improved

  • Invitation emails now link to the coach dashboard at its new address, coach.actit.io.

Fixed

  • The ActIt website briefly showed unstyled text after the move to actit.io.

More accurate workout numbers

Improved

  • Workout duration is now moving time, so pauses at traffic lights or water stops no longer slow down your athlete's average pace. Km splits skip stopped time too.
  • Planned run distances now include warm-ups, cool-downs and recoveries. These are estimates and are shown with a "~".

Fixed

  • Running cadence from Strava is shown in steps per minute, matching Apple Health. Cycling cadence is labelled in rpm.

Safer invitations and a sturdier dashboard

New

  • Inviting someone who already has an ActIt account now asks them to accept first. Their invite shows as pending until they do.
  • The plan builder opens straight to the week in the link, and asks before regenerating a plan you've already started.
  • The dashboard calendar can go back as far as you like; the 8-week limit is gone.

Improved

  • Clear loading and error states, with a way to retry, across the Dashboard, My Athletes, Analytics and the plan builder.
  • AI plans start from the athlete's real training history, handle a week that's already in progress, and check paces and coach notes more carefully.
  • Charts and maps follow the dashboard's colours. The dashboard now opens in the dark theme by default.
  • Better keyboard focus, labels and contrast throughout for accessibility.

Fixed

  • A workout deleted in Strava or Apple Health now disappears from ActIt too, and the day's plan match updates.
  • The same workout could appear twice when it arrived from two sources at once.
  • Athletes removed from your organization lose access straight away.

Hello, ActIt

New

  • The product is now called ActIt.
  • Set each athlete's status yourself. It shows on the Dashboard, My Athletes and the athlete's page, instead of being guessed from their recent workouts.
  • Athletes get a notification after a run syncs, reminding them to share it with you.

Improved

  • Workout cards in the calendars are more compact, so a busy week fits on screen.
  • The weekly total is now labelled "Workouts this week".

See why the AI planned the week

New

  • AI-generated plans come with a Why this plan explanation in the plan builder. It's saved with the plan.

Improved

  • Peak weeks plan race pace, long-run length and session design better. Long runs can now finish at goal race pace.
  • Generating a plan for a complex week no longer times out as often.

AI plans that follow your numbers

Improved

  • Paces, sessions and weekly distance you write in your notes now take priority over the AI's own estimates.
  • AI plans read fitness from interval reps and fast lap blocks, not just whole runs.
  • Easy pace stays close to the athlete's real easy pace.
