ActIt Coach sign in

Changelog

Updates to the ActIt app for iPhone and Android.

More control over your account and AI features

New

  • Delete your account and all your data straight from the app, under Settings → Account.
  • Choose whether ActIt's AI features can use your data. Turn AI summaries, run notifications and AI-drafted plans on or off any time in Settings → AI features.
  • Report a chat message or an AI-written summary if something looks wrong or inappropriate.
  • Sign in with Apple when you join from a coach's invite.
  • Help & support is now in Settings, with a direct way to contact us.

Improved

  • Terms of Service and Privacy Policy open straight from the sign-up screen.

New

  • Terms of Service and Privacy Policy links in the app now open the pages on actit.io.

Improved

  • Every sign-in and sign-up screen now shows clear, friendly error messages instead of technical ones.

Fixed

  • Your watch or Apple Health connection recovers on its own after a short sign-in hiccup, instead of showing an error.

ActIt moves to actit.io

Improved

  • The app now connects to ActIt's new home at actit.io.

More accurate workout numbers

Improved

  • Workout duration is now moving time, so stops at traffic lights or water breaks no longer slow down your average pace. Km splits skip stopped time too.
  • Planned run distances now include warm-ups, cool-downs and recoveries. These are estimates and are shown with a "~".

Fixed

  • Running cadence from Strava is shown in steps per minute, matching Apple Health.

Coach invites in the app, and a steadier experience

New

  • Coach invitations show up on the Coach tab, where you can accept or decline them. Tapping an invite notification takes you straight there.

Improved

  • Today and Trends show a clear message with a Retry button if something fails to load.
  • Friendlier sign-in errors. Cancelling Sign in with Apple no longer shows an error.
  • Better support for larger text sizes and screen readers, and buttons stay clear of the home indicator.

Fixed

  • Apple Health stays connected when you sign out and back in, and the app tells you if it needs reconnecting.
  • If your session expires, the app signs you back in automatically instead of getting stuck.
  • You no longer get chat notifications after signing out.

Hello, ActIt

New

  • The app is now called ActIt.
  • After a run syncs you'll get a notification. Tap it to open the workout and share it with your coach.
  • You can turn these "activity synced" notifications off in Settings.

Smarter plans and plan matching

Improved

  • Your coach's AI-assisted plans now account for your recent training load, your paces and the phase you're in, such as base, build, peak or taper.
  • Matching workouts to your plan is more accurate. Only runs count towards run sessions, and the app recognises the intervals within a run.

Fixed

  • Apple Health keeps syncing your workouts after the app is closed or your phone restarts.

Introducing Trends

New

  • A new Trends tab shows how your training is going, from this week back to 6 months: consistency, pace, distance, heart rate, effort and planned vs completed volume. An AI summary points out what stands out.
  • Tap the chat button on any section to start a message to your coach about it.

Fixed

  • The end of the Trends screen no longer hides behind the tab bar on iPhone.

New gauges, sleep and recovery

New

  • Redesigned gauges on the Today screen.
  • Sleep and recovery data from your connected wearable.
  • Look ahead to next week's plan.

Improved

  • Dashboard cards handle long content without overflowing.

See how your workouts match the plan

New

  • Each synced workout is matched to the session it completes in your plan, with a score for how closely you followed it.
  • Your week's progress counts the planned sessions you actually completed.
